Ryan Guenter

Ryan is a search manager within the Gallagher Talent Management Services office in Edmonton. Ryan has a diverse professional background that includes experience in the corporate/agency recruitment realm as well as experience in the investment and sport (hockey) industries.

Ryan has a deep passion for sports and was fortunate to have played two sports at the collegiate level — baseball and hockey. As a result, he also has a varied educational history with two undergraduate degrees from the University of Lethbridge as well as a graduate degree from the University of Alberta.

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys working with several sports teams as a mental performance coach, as well as being a proud soccer dad.

• Facilitating internal interviews with candidates in the creation of long list presentations for clients
• Facilitating client interviews at all stages of the executive recruitment process.
