Richard is a seasoned, internationally experienced leader in senior executive positions in various industries. Benefiting from his strong legal and executive experience and being passionate about human development, he chose to continue his career as professional coach.
Having successfully managed his career, Richard strongly believes in the potential and natural resourcefulness of his clients and is committed to helping them to powerfully manage their career and career transitions. Whether for an executive, a senior manager or a professional, he's an experienced thinking partner and strategic ally for each step of his clients' career progression and transitions, and for leadership development.
With more than 30 years of international experience, Richard currently is as vice president and executive for Talent Management Services. Previously, he acted as interim president and CEO; as vice president, Legal Affairs and Human Resources; as corporate secretary for a publicly traded biotechnology company; as senior solicitor for major corporations; and as private practitioner.
Highly committed to the coaching profession, Richard is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) with the designation of Professional Certified Coach® (PCC) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach® (CPCC) from The Coaches Training Institute (CTIO). He is a licentiate in law and holds a degree in notarial law. Richard passions include music, psychology and history.
