Mylene Legault

Analytical and dedicated, Mylène likes to understand the many facets of compensation and the complexity behind its multidisciplinary nature. Mylène began her career as an executive compensation analyst with a world-class IT company, CGI, before joining PCI as a compensation analyst in 2018. She continued her career with two major companies, Bombardier and Fiera Capital, returning to the team in 2023 as a consultant.

In her role at Gallagher, she is involved in a variety of total compensation mandates, mainly affecting all employees and a diverse clientele. She also participates in consulting mandates related to total compensation for executives, board members and employees, drawing on specific skills in market positioning, compensation policy development and short- and long-term incentive plan design.

Training, accreditations and professional activities

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Université du Québec à Montréal (2015)
  • Master's degree in Management Sciences with a specialization in Human Resources Management from HEC Montréal (2017). As part of her Master's degree, she wrote a research paper on sales compensation
  • Volunteer member of the Collège Jean-Eudes Alumni Board of Directors (since 2022)
