Melissa Allard

Mélissa began her career in human resources in 2008 within a large company in the video game industry. She initially held a role as a business partner within the production teams and then joined the compensation team. This transition allowed her to merge her passion for compensation with strategic HR consulting.

Mélissa joined the PCI Compensation Consulting team, from now on Gallagher, in 2018. She was promoted to a Compensation Consultant position in 2020. She is mainly involved in total compensation practices for all employees and handles complex mandates related to market positioning analysis, job evaluation, implementation of salary structures and pay equity.

Mélissa is also actively involved in the development of training and communication programs relating to compensation. In addition, she contributes to the profession by writing articles, facilitating workshops, and participating in conferences for the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR).
