Marc Chartrand

Compensation consulting holds no secrets for Marc Chartrand, who has been working in this field since 1988. He started out as an analyst, working his way up to lead the compensation practice in Eastern Canada for international firms. He has also worked as a human resources generalist for major companies in the telecommunications and public transport industries.

He has been involved in the profession for many years, particularly with the CPHR as a trainer, discussion group leader, task force member and jury member.

Marc joined PCI Compensation Consulting in 2005. He has been a partner thereafter until the acquisition of the firm by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. in 2022.

As a senior consultant, his activities are mainly focused on the employee side of the Total Rewards practice, in addition to assisting in the design and implementation of compensation and talent management strategies in support of clients' business strategies.
