Maeve Cashin

Maeve Cashin joined Gallagher in 2023 as vice president, Business Development with a mandate to partner with client organizations to support their integrated talent management needs and foster solutions to help them exceed their goals. Maeve assists in addressing the growing business needs in the areas of leadership assessment and development, career transition and executive search.

Before joining Gallagher, Maeve worked in a consultative sales capacity for the two decades, and most recently worked for McLean and Company, an organization that helps companies uncover HR initiatives across the HR lifecycle. Maeve has been focusing on assisting clients determine their needs and priorities within the following; HR strategy, culture, talent management, talent acquisition, total rewards, learning and development, and HR technology and operations.
