Leslie is Regional President, International, of the Benefits and Human Resources Consulting division of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (Gallagher). Responsible for expanding the division’s international capabilities, Leslie focuses on developing the business in four key areas including organic growth, mergers and acquisitions, productivity and efficiency, and the Gallagher culture. Her expertise in U.S. domestic and international compensation and benefits guides her success in developing strategy and vision, executing on objectives, and driving for results. Drawing on more than 30 years of employee benefits experience in health and welfare, pensions, and international work, Leslie leads the branches throughout Canada to succeed as part of the Gallagher team.
