Kevin Neiles

As Chief Markets Officer, Kevin fosters our many long-standing carrier partnerships to leverage and negotiate competitive, tailored insurance solutions for our clients. In addition to his Chief Markets Officer role, Kevin serves as President of Western Canada, supporting Area Presidents grow business in the West. Prior to joining Gallagher, Kevin served as CEO of Ranger Insurance, which was acquired by Gallagher in 2014.

As a board member and later President of the Insurance Brokers Association of Manitoba, and Director of the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada, Kevin brings years of expertise and professional relationships to the Gallagher family.

Kevin graduated from the University of Manitoba and achieved the Canadian Accredited Insurance Brokers (CAIB) accreditation with Honours, along with earning his Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation from the University of Toronto.

Prior to working in insurance, Kevin played four years in the CFL, winning the Grey Cup in 1984 with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He currently serves as a board member on the Winnipeg Football Club. When he's not in the office, Kevin enjoys playing golf, travelling, and spending time with his family.
