Karen Hsiung

Karen Hsiung is an Executive Search team member with Gallagher, based out of Toronto. Karen is focused on building competitive advantage for organizations through high impact, diversified talent. Karen has led numerous recruitment and executive search engagements in private, public sector and not-for-profit organizations. Her clients range from North American companies in B2C and B2B, to community-based organizations.

Prior to executive search and recruitment, Karen spent 25 years building brands and companies in the consumer goods sector. Karen's entrepreneurial spirit has helped several start-ups find their footing in the natural/organic food and beverage space. Karen now utilizes her experience to engage today's organizational leaders to identify world class talent for their organizations.

Karen holds a bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and the Chartered Marketer (CM) designation from the Canadian Marketing Association. Karen has undertaken professional development courses to advance her knowledge of equity, diversity and inclusion. She is a long-serving and passionate member of the Board of Directors at the Daily Bread Food Bank in Toronto, the largest food bank in Canada.
