Jaime McNair is a certified career development practitioner and career strategist, with extensive experience coaching clients to build job search confidence, navigate labour market challenges and achieve meaningful career success. Passionate about empowering clients to realize their career aspirations and understand their unique talents, strengths and value, Jaime successfully coaches and supports professionals from diverse backgrounds.

Before joining Gallagher, Jaime worked in the public sector, providing career transition support within the network of independent Employment Ontario service providers. She's dedicated to guiding clients on their individual career journeys — providing them with practical tools, actionable insights and a supportive approach that helps clients stay motivated, stand out and drive real results.

With a love of all things arts-and-culture, Jaime is also an accomplished painter and art enthusiast. She loves to explore various mediums that foster creativity and innovation, and allow her to think outside the box and explore new ideas and solutions to challenges.
