Jacob Ribble

Jacob joined Gallagher in 2021. He is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a concentration on Digital Marketing. Originally determined to be an accountant, Jacob is analytical and has a keen focus on deciphering the best process for the task at hand. As an active extroverted communicator who lives for giving presentations (started competing in public speaking competitions at the age of seven), he enjoys connecting with clients to determine their organizational needs to place the best search candidate possible.

Jacob is enthusiastic about helping individuals with disabilities through mentoring junior sledge hockey players and through his involvement with the Ontario Para Network Board. As a former provincial and national level athlete, Jacob is fueled by a competitive spirit.

When not at work. Jacob enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking his dog (on the rural farm north of Guelph where he was raised), playing sledge hockey, ensuring he stays in good physical shape, and cheering on the Calgary Flames (despite being born in Toronto).
