Ivana Lemme

With more than 10 years of experience in counseling and helping people navigate career transitions, Ivana joined Gallagher in 2009. As a psychometric tool expert, she coaches and assesses the potential of professional leaders, first-line and mid-level managers, and executives. Ivana has facilitated numerous in-person and virtual trainings, team building and team efficiency workshops. She's a Master-level SuccessFinder certified professional.

Ivana believes in people's potential and is passionate in helping them unlock it. She values kindness, and believes in having fun at work. Optimistic and creative in nature, she constantly looks to develop her professional and artistic side. She recently published her first novel, takes music lessons and frequently writes articles on her blog.

Ivana holds a master's degree in counseling psychology from Yorkville University, as well as a certificate in career development from the University of Quebec in Montreal. She's also a member of the Quebec Association of Guidance Counsellors (OCCOQ) and is fluent in French, English and Italian.
