Guillaume Poirier St-Pierre

Guillaume Poirier St-Pierre joined Gallagher in 2020 as a senior consultant in the Executive Search practice. Over the past 15 years, he's gained relevant experience in the fields of talent acquisition, organizational development, coaching, psychometrics, governance, and college and university teaching, as well as entrepreneurship.

He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Sherbrooke University, a master's degree in organizational development from École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) Montreal and the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from International Coach Federation (ICF). He is currently completing a graduate certificate in Finance at McGill University.

Having worked with local, national and international organizations in the private, public and non-profit sectors, Guillaume has the ability to adapt and understand his various clients' business models. In addition, he's currently involved in different committees and boards of directors, such as Regroupement des Jeunes Chambres du Commerce du Québec (RJCCQ), the Young Directors of the Institute for Governance of Private and Public Organizations (IGOPP), ADN Conférenciers and Ordre des Conseillers en Ressources Humaines Agréés (CRHA).
