Guillaume Paradis

A wide-ranging curiosity enabled Guillaume Paradis to gain a wealth of knowledge in compensation and to evolve rapidly within the company. Guillaume has specialized in compensation since he began at PCI Compensation Consulting — now part of Gallagher — in 2015, where he started as an analyst, then as a senior analyst.

He was promoted to compensation consultant in January 2020 and to senior consultant in 2024. This most recent promotion recognizes the depth of his expertise and his important contribution to numerous internal and external projects.

His great versatility allows him to support the team in various projects relating to the total compensation of executives, board members and employees, leveraging specific skills in market positioning, job evaluation, and the development of compensation policies and incentive plans. He is also a source of information for his colleagues about economic issues that directly or indirectly affect total compensation.
