Guillaume Paradis

A wide-ranging curiosity enabled Guillaume Paradis to gain a wealth of knowledge in compensation and to evolve rapidly within the company. Guillaume has specialized in compensation since he began at PCI Compensation Consulting in 2015, from now on Gallagher, where he started as an analyst, then as a senior analyst. He was promoted to a Compensation Consultant position in January 2020.

His great versatility allows him to support the team in various mandates relating to the total compensation of executives, board members and employees, leveraging specific skills in market positioning, job evaluation, as well as in the development of compensation policies and incentive plans. He is also a reference among his colleagues when it comes to economic issues that directly or indirectly affect total compensation.
