Giuseppa Piraino started her career in 2013 as an accountant in companies located in France (Banque Populaire du Nord and the consulting firm AB Expertise Conseil) before being hired in the human resources department of UQÀM.
Giuseppa joined PCI compensation team in 2019, from now on Gallagher, and was promoted to a Compensation Consultant position in 2022.
Recognized for her rigor and professionalism, she is involved as a consultant, in the execution of total compensation mandates with a diverse clientele, focusing more specifically on the analysis of total compensation components, pay structures and pay equity of Gallagher's broad base practice.
