Gabriella Decoste

Gabriella has been an Evaluation and Leadership Development consultant at Gallagher since 2023. Perfectly bilingual in French and English, Gabriella participates in various types of projects such as assessing potential in selection or development, and planning and delivering training on various relevant topic.

Currently completing her doctorate in industrial and organizational psychology at the University of Montreal, Gabriella is actively seeking to apply her scientific and academic knowledge to her work to address current organizational challenges, such as talent attraction and retention. Her doctoral dissertation on work engagement has enabled her to understand the factors influencing wellbeing at work.

Gabriella wishes to contribute positively to the development of others, and health and psychological safety at work are dear to her heart. Indeed, she has co-developed and facilitated a series of undergraduate workshops, helping to enhance the academic resilience of several cohorts of students.

Energetic, persevering and curious, Gabriella loves taking on new challenges. Her listening and practical skills enable her to support and contribute positively to her clients' needs while establishing genuine relationships with them.
