Evelyne Gaudreau

Evelyne Gaudreau is involved in a variety of complex mandates related to the compensation of executives, board of directors and employees.

Evelyne has spearheaded several major surveys including the Annual Salary Forecast Survey, the Private Directors' Compensation Survey and multiple industry surveys.

Evelyne joined the compensation team in 2010 where she has evolved in several roles of increasing responsibility and has served as a consultant since 2019.

  • Implementation of salary structures, job evaluation systems and compensation management tools
  • Analysis of board members' compensation in listed companies, private companies and associations
  • Assessment and design of short- and long-term incentive plans fostering motivation and retention
  • Production of management proxy circulars
  • Major industry survey on direct and indirect compensation

Training, accreditations and professional activities

  • Bachelor of Actuarial Mathematics/Finance (Concordia University, 2010)
  • Passed two examinations of the Society of Actuaries (SOA)
  • Several additional training courses, notably in finance
