Emilie Yergeau

Over the past eight years, Émilie gained experience in the private and public sectors and in firms specializing in organizational psychology, enabling her to develop her ability to quickly grasp various organizational and human perspectives. These varied professional experiences have allowed her to develop an expertise in psychometric evaluation, organizational diagnosis and leadership development in both group learning and individual coaching.

Passionate about complex human dynamics and wishing to contribute through her interventions to a healthy work environment in which individual and organizational potential meet, she adopts an approach that values listening, rigour and the ability to rise by working in collaboration. Her caring, natural style aims at achieving results by using the strengths of the stakeholders involved in each of her projects.

Committed to being involved in her community, Emilie is a member of the board of directors of a community suicide prevention organization in her area. Through these different contributions, she puts humans and their wellbeing at the heart of her practice, to align her professional contribution with her personal values in the hope of humbly contributing to a better world.

Émilie holds a doctorate in organizational psychology from the University of Sherbrooke University and is a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec. Her doctoral thesis contributed to the advancement of knowledge in the field of coaching and individual resilience at work among first-level managers, two themes she is passionate about.
