Emilia De Simone

Emilia De Simone is the Sales Compensation practice lead, with more than 25 years of experience in the field of sales compensation and sales operations. Her areas of consulting expertise include sales compensation design, sales force effectiveness, performance management and developing total compensation frameworks.

Emilia's background includes senior management positions in compensation and sales operations; her areas of responsibility included both incentive and non-incentive compensation, developing quota setting and forecasting models, creating sales recognition programs, sales lead management, sales administration, developing reporting and statistical tools, and establishing national sales policies and procedures.

In addition, she has experience consulting for sales organizations in pharmaceuticals, consumer products, telecommunications, financial services, information technology, retail, broadcast media and manufacturing industries.

Emilia is a Certified Compensation Practitioner® (CCP) through the WorldatWork Association and holds a bachelor's degree in commerce. Emilia has spoken at Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) conferences, the WorldatWork Annual Sales Compensation conference, Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Rewards Association events, and IT World Canada (ITWC) and International Quality & Productivity Centre (IQPC) conferences. Emilia is the past president of the GTA Rewards Association and was a board member for eight years. She's currently on the advisory board for the GTA Rewards Association (WorldatWork).
