Dominique Thuot

Since 2000, Dominique Thuot has been working in compensation and consulting. She spent several years in the compensation group of the international consulting firm located in Montreal, where she held positions of increasing responsibility as Analyst, Consultant and Senior Consultant.

Over the course of her career, Dominique has developed a strong expertise in compensation management, more specifically in the implementation of total compensation strategies, salary structures, annual incentive plans and compensation plans for the sales force, as well as in pay equity. She shares her knowledge and passion as a trainer and speaker with the Order of CPHR.

Dominique joined PCI Compensation Consulting in 2007. She became a Partner in 2019 until the acquisition of the firm by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. in 2022. Since then, she has been acting as a senior consultant.

She contributes to the design and implementation of compensation and talent management strategies in support of clients' business strategies.
