Dominic Girard

Since 2001, Dominic Girard has been working in compensation and human resources management. He has a diversified expertise of more than 10 years in consulting, acquired at PCI and at renowned companies such as the National Bank of Canada, Emergis and Reitmans Canada, where he held various positions of increasing responsibility.

His extensive corporate experience has allowed him to develop a broad vision and a wide range of knowledge in human resources management and total compensation. He also has extensive expertise in incentive compensation for private companies, both for annual bonuses and long-term incentive plans. His activities are mainly focused on executive compensation for company executives and boards of directors.

Passionate about compensation in a context of sound governance, Dominic is also an instructor at the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés.

Dominic Girard is one of the pillars of the firm PCI Compensation Consulting (from now on Gallagher), which he joined at its founding. After working at PCI from 2001 to 2006, he returned to the team in 2018 as a Partner until the acquisition by Gallagher in 2022. He now acts as a senior consultant.
