Diane Masse

Diane has extensive international experience in recruitment, communications and industrial relations.

Diane initially specialized in IT recruitment and later transitioned to executive search. She's assisted a number of clients in sourcing and developing a talent pool. Her approach is centered on continuous improvement, candidate experience and keeping abreast of new trends and best HR practices.

Previously, Diane worked in written communications for an agency specializing in employer/union relations. She played a key role in improving labor relations within various companies across different sectors. Diane also conducted training in writing techniques and provided support to employees throughout their integration process. Diane began her career in France, working at a communications agency where she developed a strong sense of rigor and methodology, which she now applies to her sourcing and recruitment assignments.
