Previously, Diane worked in written communications for an agency specializing in employer/union relations. She played a key role in improving labor relations within various companies across different sectors. Diane also conducted training in writing techniques and provided support to employees throughout their integration process. Diane began her career in France, working at a communications agency where she developed a strong sense of rigor and methodology, which she now applies to her sourcing and recruitment assignments.
