Dawn Williams

Dawn joined Gallagher in 2015 in the position of National Director, Human Resources. In this role, she is responsible for supporting the full Human Resources function including strategic planning, compensation and benefits, recruiting and creating a performance-based culture that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the company. Prior to joining Gallagher, Dawn has developed over 20 years of experience in leadership roles in the manufacturing, distribution and financial services business sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph and is a registered Certified Human Resources Leader with the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA). In addition, she is a graduate of the Training and Development program at Ryerson University.
