Daniel is vice president of the Assessment and Leadership Development team in Gallagher's Talent Management practice. He holds a doctorate degree in organizational Psychology from the University of Sherbrooke and is a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ).

Daniel has worked both within organizations and as a consultant. He has extensive experience in the healthcare field, where he's been involved in organizational development and training. He was called upon to play the role of head of the Training and Continuous Professional Development department during an unprecedented organizational transformation, which enabled him to acquire expertise in skills development, particularly in a context of uncertainty.

As a consultant at Gallagher, Daniel leads the creation of leadership development programs, works with executive teams to contribute to their effectiveness, assesses the organizational climate and evaluates the potential of leaders.

Daniel is passionate about leadership development, learning and organizational performance. He continually seeks to align the strategic goals of the organization with talent management. He loves complex mandates and enjoys taking both a global and individual perspective. The results of his thesis on humour at work lead him to believe that it is possible to have fun at work, even in the face of adversity.
