Cathy Simpson

Cathy is the senior vice president for Talent Management Services in Ontario. A business and sales leader, she joined Gallagher in 2021 and is accountable for the overarching business and driving growth across all lines of business: leadership, assessment and development, search solutions and career transition. In addition, Cathy collaborates across brands and leverages the deep relationships within Gallagher to create strategic opportunities with our clients.

Before joining Gallagher, Cathy spent more than 20 years with a global consulting firm, providing innovative workforce solutions. A strategic leader, Cathy has held a variety of senior leadership and sales roles leading and growing business through new business development, client retention and channel partnerships. She has extensive experience working within small and midsize business to enterprise markets, across a variety of industries including telecommunications, financial services, pharma and oil and gas.

Throughout her career, Cathy has honed a consultative and collaborative approach helping organizations solve their complex business issues through the effective use of human capital strategies.
