Catherine Bernard Lapointe

A graduate in human resources and industrial relations, Catherine Bernard Lapointe is recognized for her dynamism, collaboration and leadership. She started her career in 2016 in the financial sector, where she worked at RBC Dominion Securities and National Bank Financial.

Catherine has specialized in compensation since she began at PCI Compensation Consulting in 2018, from now on Gallagher.

She is involved in total compensation mandates for broad base practice with a diverse clientele. Catherine was promoted to a Compensation Consultant position in 2022.
