Bridgit Courey

Since 1990, Bridgit Courey has worked closely with the boards of directors and executive teams of renowned companies to support them in the application of best practices in corporate governance, compensation strategy for transformational events, proxy circular disclosure, and risk management related to talent and compensation. She advises organizations to promote their sustainability by addressing their business issues and balancing stakeholder interests.

After starting her career at Deloitte in the certification department, she worked in compensation and human resources management at Imasco Limited, later specializing in consulting with medium and large organizations. Bridgit is also a lecturer at the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés.

Bridgit joined the PCI Compensation Consulting team in 2003 and has been a Partner since 2010, until the merger with Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. in 2022.

Bridgit's is renowned for her rigor and work ethic. She is an avid skier and golfer, a tennis and football fan and a world traveler.
