Bilal Khoder

Bilal Khoder is involved in executive compensation and actuarial consulting since 2007. An excellent popularizer and communicator, he conveys his vision of compensation through conferences and client coaching.

An actuarial graduate, he began his career as Pension and Benefits Advisor in an actuarial consulting firm before joining the National Bank of Canada's Financial Markets and Wealth Management sector as Senior Compensation Advisor. Recognized for his expertise in short- and long-term incentive plans, Bilal contributes to the establishment of best practices in compensation not only with our clientele, but also as an instructor at the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés.

He contributes to the design and implementation of retention, compensation and talent management strategies in support of clients' business strategies, particularly for executive teams and boards of directors.

Bilal joined the compensation team in 2014.
