Anne Peiris

Anne joined Gallagher's evolving compensation practice in 2016, bringing with her 20 years of experience in progressively senior roles at major global human resources consulting firms, including Mercer and Towers Watson, and large financial institutions. Anne supports clients in the private, public, and nonprofit sector in developing holistic and integrated compensation management systems. She partners with clients to design and develop meaningful and relevant job evaluation programs, career architectures, market competitive salary structures, incentive plans and pay equity compliant programs.

Anne has spoken at compensation events for WorldatWork, Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), Conference Board of Canada, and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Rewards Association.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University and a post-graduate diploma in human resources management from Humber College. She has a Certificate in Human Resource Management (CHRM) through the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) of Ontario. Anne is also actively involved in charitable organizations, sitting on more than 10 event-based steering committees for various fundraisers throughout the GTA.
