Anaid Diaz

A Chartered Human Resource Professional (CHRP) since 2015, Anaid Diaz has experience in human resources, compensation and administration, acquired in companies operating in various sectors of activity, including SNC-Lavalin, HEC Montréal, Equisoft and PCI.

In her previous tenures, she has made her mark and has been recognized for the high quality of her work, her ability to listen and her strong skills in process optimization.

From 2015 to 2020, Anaid worked as an analyst on the PCI team. In February 2021, she joined back the PCI Compensation team, from now on Gallagher, and was promoted to a Compensation Consultant position in 2022. She is involved in the strategy and implementation of consulting mandates related to the total compensation of all employees.
