Alexandre Alain

Since 2013, Alexandre Alain has gained experience in compensation management acquired mainly at large companies in the aerospace sector, including CAE, Bombardier and Airbus, where he has held various roles as Analyst, Compensation Specialist, and Manager of Global Compensation and Mobility. This experience has allowed him to develop an in-depth knowledge of business processes and issues related to total compensation and labor mobility.

In 2021, he joined PCI Compensation Consulting , from now on Gallagher, as a consultant. He then took over a Head of Total Rewards role in Europe for a start-up called Volocopter (R&D sector) with the mandate to build and implement the compensation and benefits framework, policies and processes for the company. Alexandre joined back Gallagher in October 2023 as a consultant to better align with his career interests. He is mainly involved in the execution of total compensation projects.
