Aïcha Gueye

Aïcha has nearly six years of experience as an executive assistant and project manager in a wide variety of sectors, including government, academia and engineering. Fluently bilingual, she's a graduate of the University of Montréal with a certificate in communications sciences, as well as one in human resources. From the outset, she held the position of talent management coordinator with the Assessment and Leadership Development team. She was entrusted with coordinating and managing several confidential assignments, enabling her to work closely with internal consultants, candidates and clients.

Having proven herself in this division for two years, she continues to grow within the company, joining the Executive Search team in January 2023. In September 2023, she joined the Career Transition team, where she found her niche. There she discovers a growing interest in end-of-employment supports and project management. She's happy where she is and has great ambitions to grow within the department.
