Janice Detta Colli has an impressive reputation as a leader, consultant and sought-after speaker on human capital issues and boardroom dynamics for more than 20 years — from academic (sociologist at Western) to entrepreneurial consulting (Ernst & Young LLP), to global executive search (global Fortune 100 and 500) for C-suite recruitment, onboarding, leadership assessment, board competencies, succession and coaching. She held top roles within global executive search and led engagement including healthcare, financial services, technology, manufacturing, public sector, gaming, real estate and nonprofit, among others.
