After six amazing years, we are delighted to announce that Fortress Financial will be retiring our website and offices and joining our Gallagher colleagues in person and virtually.

In 2019, Toowoomba's most well-known financial planning firms, Fortress Financial and Monash Group Financial Planners came together under the Gallagher banner. Since then, we've been on exciting journey integrating into Gallagher and building our capabilities to better service our clients.

We've also since welcomed new members to our team and we're ready to support the Toowoomba community with their financial wellbeing.

Meet our team

Our advisers are supported by a diverse group of Toowoomba women with a wealth of experiences in financial services, business and life.

Tracey Grose

Tracey first joined the financial planning industry in 2000. She spent the first five years working behind the scenes in administration until she became a Financial Adviser in 2005. Tracey provides guidance for wealth creation, wealth protection and wealth preservation. She works with a number of Toowoomba families and business owners and has a strong passion for helping Australians enter retirement with comfort and confidence.

Renee Tregoning

Renee has been with Gallagher since 2018 and makes it her goal to set people up for the comfortable retirement of their dreams. She enjoys working with clients from beginning their working journey right through to retirement, with a particular passion for helping young entrepreneurs and professionals get started on their financial journey that will last a lifetime. Renee has a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Finance) from University of Southern Queensland and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.
